Who's on my Site right now?
LiveStats is a real-time traffic monitoring app for small and medium sized websites. It lets you see every visitor currently browsing your Site along with info on how they're browsing (what browser, operating system, screen size, etc.), which language they're speaking, and what city they're from.
LiveStats doesn't just tell you who's on your Site, it also knows what page they're on, and what pages they've been on. It know's where they've come from (Twitter, Digg, Google, etc.) making it easy to see when someone's talking about you.

Trails let you see where your visitors have come from - see the referral URL, entrance page, and everywhere else they've been to get to the page they're currently on. To make it even easier, some of the most popular traffic sources have been given icons to easily distinguish them from other pages.

Mini Trails let you see how long each visitor has been on your Site in an instant. With one quick glance, you can see how long each visitor has been on each page of their visit. Most analytic services tell you bounce rates, Mini Trails take it to the next level.
Browser's Browsers
Who's using Internet Explorer 6? Why does everyone using Safari keep bouncing off my home page? Being able to answer these questions is a great asset. LiveStats lets you see what browser and operating system each of your visitors is using. Not only this, but their screen size, colour depth, system language, Flash version and Java version are also detected for every visitor on your Site.

Username API
By default, every visitor to your Site is given a unique number to identify them. You can double click any unique ID to assign a name to that user. If you run a site or app that requires people to sign in you can automatically show their username when they visit using the LiveStats API.
GoSquared Tracking Code
Sign up for a GoSquared Account to start using LiveStats. You will need to install the GoSquared Tracking Code on your Site to send traffic data to GoSquared - if you already sell Ads with GoSquared your GSTC will already be installed. Then just sit back, and watch.
Cloud Hosting
GoSquared is hosted on Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud enabling us to monitor traffic at great speed. Every time someone views a page on your Site, your server will notify LiveStats of the pageview - so ensuring we receive and process this notification quickly is a top priority.
Strong Foundations
LiveStats monitors your traffic using the same core technologies that we are developing for the Traffic Stats used in the GoSquared Sites application. Every pageview in LiveStats is recorded and used by the Sites app to calculate cumulative totals for your traffic every day, week, and month.
