Terms and Conditions of Use of the GoSquared Private Beta

These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms of Use") apply to any section of the GoSquared web site located at www.gosquared.com (the "Site"), or any website maintained by Go Squared Ltd. ("Go Squared") or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries, which is designated a "Beta" area. BY USING ANY AREA OF THE GOSQUARED WEB SITE DESIGNATED BETA, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Go Squared reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, amend, add or remove any part of these Terms of Use at any time. It is your sole responsibility to refer periodically to these Terms of Use to check for changes. Continuing to use the GoSquared web site or services following any changes to these Terms of Use signifies agreement to any amendments made to these Terms of Use.

Beta

Certain areas of the GoSquared web site may be made available before final release to the general public. These areas are designated "Beta" areas to signify that they are incomplete. AREAS DESIGNATED BETA ARE UNFINISHED PARTS OF THE GOSQUARED WEB SITE. AS SUCH, GO SQUARED TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MALFUNCTION OR UNDESIRED ACTION OCCURRING AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY BETA AREA. YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. GO SQUARED TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF GOSQUARED BETA SERVICES.

Go Squared will endeavour to keep all data submitted therein private, but makes NO CLAIM TO BE ENTIRELY SECURE. DO NOT SUBMIT ANY SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA, EXCEPT AT YOUR OWN RISK. GO SQUARED TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF PRIVACY AS A DIRECT RESULT OF YOUR USE OF GOSQUARED BETA SERVICES.

All content contained within any Beta-designated area of the GoSquared web site is still bound by Go Squared's general Terms and Conditions of Use, which is incorporated herein by this reference. Any reproduction, in part or whole, of any pre-release or Beta of Go Squared's property is a direct breach of these Terms of Use.

Private Beta

Areas designated as Private Beta are available to specific members of GoSquared. Private Beta participants agree not to share any part of the GoSquared Private Beta (including, but not limited to, screenshots, image files, video files, HTML code, CSS code, and Javascript code) with anyone else, or any other GoSquared member who is not approved for access to the GoSquared Private Beta without prior written permission from a senior member of Go Squared Staff.

Public Beta

Areas designated as Public Beta are available to all members of GoSquared without specific approval. However, misuse of any beta area, whether public or private, will result in, at the very least, suspension of the user's GoSquared Account. Such misuse may also result in, without limitation, permanently blocking the user's Account or Internet Protocol ("IP") address from any or all of the GoSquared web site.

Feedback and Information

Any feedback you provide at this site will be deemed to be non-confidential. Go Squared will be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
