Having used MediaTemple's hosting options for quite some time, we've built up a fair amount of experience working with their (dv) servers. Every now and again you may find it necessary to extend the core functionality of the pre-compiled PHP supplied with the (dv) server using PECL extensions to give your apps that little bit more of a cutting edge.
There is a quick and easy way to insall the PECL modules on your (dv) server: pecl install [extension]. However, if for whatever reason this does not work for you, this guide documents a manual installation method.

We post a lot of links to some really useful, surprising, and sometimes just plain funny sites on Twitter. We want to share some of our Twitter chatter on Liquidicity. We know you'll find (at least some of) what we share useful, so now you can pick up the best bits from the same place.
If you found any of this vaguely useful, you may want to follow us on Twitter: twitter.com/gosquared

Here's our latest set of vectors for you all to enjoy - a set of 72 monochromatic vector buttons.
We've created 3 main styles of button - a standard "push" button, a "back" or "previous" button, and a "forward" or "next" button. From each of these, there's also a choice of corner roundness: 3px, 8px, or 15px.
There's a total of 8 different gradient styles for each button - in varying shades of the grayscale spectrum, so they should compliment the majority of pages / applications / projects they may need to be used in.
For those of you new to GoSquared - we design and engineer web applications for site owners to monitor their traffic and earn more money from their Site. We run Liquidicity, the blog on design & technology to share our thoughts and content with wonderful people like you in the hope that one day you'll use our products.

Don't have Adobe Illustrator? Download the SVG.

As always, they're entirely free for you to download and do whatever you want with them. We appreciate a link back or mention wherever possible, because we know you're nice people, and love sharing stuff. Especially shiny buttons.

We know it's been too long since our last icon set, but to fulfil your growing appetite for vectors, we recommend you check out Vectors on Fire, a new blog that's got a nice line up of free vectors that I haven't found on many other sites.
We like the site, and we wish them the best of luck in growing their worthy destination for vector resources. If you missed our iPod vector icons from a few weeks ago, they're available on Vectors on Fire right now.
