Editing My Account Information
From Support
To view your Account information, visit My Account in the GoSquared Control Panel.
To edit your Account information, simply click "Edit" on your My Account page.
Save any changes you wish to make by clicking "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page
Online Information
Member since: The date when you joined GoSquared.
Last active: The last time you signed in to GoSquared.
Sign In Count: The total number of times you have signed in to GoSquared.
Contact Information
First name: Your legal, registered first name.
Last name: Your legal, registered surname.
Display using: When shown publicly, your name can be displayed as your Username or you Real Name.
Date of birth: We record every member's date of birth to improve our services aimed at specific demographics, and to gain a better overview of the audience of GoSquared.
Email: This must be a verified, active email address. We record your email address so we can inform you of any changes to GoSquared, and to enable us to respond to Support requests more efficiently. We never share your email with third parties. Please view our Privacy Policy for information on how GoSquared collects, stores, and uses your information.
Website: If you have your own website, you can link to it in your account. This will be displayed publicly on GoSquared where your name is shown.
Country: GoSquared automatically detects your geographical location to show you relevant pricing information. To display information relating to another country, please choose a different country from the "Country" menu in the My Account page.
Password
Old Password: Your current password, needed to ensure you are who you say who are.
New Password: Enter a new password. Ideally this should be something only you can guess. Good passwords consist of numbers as well as letters, and contain words that are not in the dictionary.
New Password (again): To ensure you typed your new password correctly the first time, please retype it.
