GSTC stands for GoSquared Tracking Code.

GSTC is a snippet of JavaScript code that allows your Site to communicate with GoSquared.

GSTC is used to collect statistical data such as your Site's traffic levels and send it to GoSquared so that your Site's Reputation can be calculated. It must be included on all pages of your website, and is required if you desire to display Squares on your webpages.

A GSTC is always in the following format:

Where the choice of http or https in the protocol matches the page in which the GSTC will appear, and GSN-######-# is the unique site identifier assigned to your site by gosquared
