These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the GoSquared web site located at http://www.gosquared.com, and all associated sites linked to www.gosquared.com by Go Squared, its subsidiaries and affiliates, including GoSquared sites around the world. GoSquared is the property of Go Squared Ltd. BY USING GOSQUARED, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE GO SQUARED.

Your Square(s)
A Square, according to GoSquared, is an area of screen real estate measuring 140 pixels in width by 140 pixels in height containing media in the form of images [including gif, jpeg, png, svg, and swf], video [including mpeg, swf, and mov], or text.
In purchasing a Square from GoSquared. you agree that you will not under any circumstances display in your Square: pictures, videos, text, audio, or any media that could be seen as inappropriate, offensive or harmful to any other persons who use or view the the Square. If any such content is discovered, and/or any links to 3rd party websites containing, featuring or associated with such content are discovered, GoSquared reserves the right to remove and cancel your Square subscription at any time without notice, and may issue a punishment corresponding to the breach in the Terms of Use of the GoSquared Site. Such punishments may include, but are not limited to, the suspension or removal of the individual's account.
Users of GoSquared must also note that any files uploaded that are more than 200KB in size will not be accepted by GoSquared and will not be shown.
If any user, member, or onlooker attempts to harm GoSquared, the information that is owned by GoSquared, the users that utilise GoSquared for its agreed purpose, or affect GoSquared in any way will be banned from using GoSquared, their membership will be deactivated, and a fine may be imposed depending upon how seriously the user, member, or onlooker has flouted the terms. You have been warned.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively known as “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such Content, contained on GoSquared is owned, controlled or licensed by or to GoSquared, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of GoSquared and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, Web site or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without GoSquared’s express prior written consent.
You may use information on GoSquared products and services (such as data sheets, Support articles, and similar materials) purposely made available by GoSquared for downloading from GoSquared, provided that you (1) do not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, (2) use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media, (3) make no modifications to any such information, and (4) not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents.
Purchases; Other Terms and Conditions
Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchases of goods or services and to specific portions or features of GoSquared, including contests, promotions or other similar features, all of which terms are made a part of these Terms of Use by this reference. You agree to abide by such other terms and conditions, including where applicable representing that you are of sufficient legal age to use or participate in such service or feature.
If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and the terms posted for or applicable to a specific portion of GoSquared or for any service offered on or through GoSquared, the latter terms shall control with respect to your use of that portion of GoSquared or the specific service.
GoSquared’s obligations, if any, with regard to its products and services are governed solely by the agreements pursuant to which they are provided, and nothing on this Site should be construed to alter such agreements.
GoSquared may make changes to any products or services offered on GoSquared, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. GoSquared makes no commitment to update the materials on GoSquared with respect to products and services. Such materials in respect to GoSquared's products and services may be out of date.
