I entered some details for my Square wrongly. Can I go back and change the information I entered when buying my Square?
Absolutely. After submitting your square, you will have the option to edit the details on the confirmation page. Also, if you change your mind after that, most of the details relating to your Square can be managed from your GoSquared Control Panel
I've uploaded and paid for my Square, but it doesnt seem to be online. Why?
We moderate all Squares before they are made public to ensure GoSquared remains a respectable place for all audiences. We do not allow Squares to go online if they breach our terms and conditions.
We also do not allow Squares to go public until we have received and verified the required sum of money matching the agreed cost of the Square.
Depending on the form of payment you have used, verification can take any amount of time. The most common form of payment is by credit or debit card, which takes only minutes for us to receive and verify.
Can I monitor statistics relating to my Square?
Oh yes! For a while we were the only ones who were able to see how everyone's Squares were doing. You can now sign up and log in to the GoSquared Control Panel and see for yourself.
The Control Panel lets you see how many times your Square has been clicked, how long your Square will be online for, what category it is in, and shows you a selection of Squares that other people have uploaded.
