For 370 issues (seven years of hitting “Send” each week) we’ve brought you a weekly newsletter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over that time, GoSquared Weekly has been many things: a summary of what we’re reading at GoSquared, a digest of weekly marketing inspiration, a vehicle for inspiring readers, and a channel for sharing what we’re working on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many new years have rolled around, and each time, we’ve paused to think about the future of Weekly. We’ve redesigned it. We’ve refocused it. We’ve changed the writer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This time though, things are different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Issue 370 is the last of the GoSquared Weekly newsletter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For now, at least.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019ve been following us closely, you may have seen we\u2019re working on a new product: EcoSend<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of this journey, we\u2019ve realised the cost of email \u2014 it\u2019s not free, especially where the planet is concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our focus in 2023 is on the mission that we\u2019re pioneering with EcoSend: to reduce the carbon footprint of marketing email<\/strong>. As part of that, we\u2019re being more deliberate with every email we send.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will be shifting the GoSquared Weekly newsletter to a monthly schedule, sending it from EcoSend (to offset and reduce its carbon impact), and making each email much lighter so it\u2019s quicker to read and requires less energy to consume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether you signed up for GoSquared Weekly issue 1 or 370, thank you for joining us so far. This isn\u2019t the last you\u2019ll hear from us, but for us at GoSquared, it\u2019s the end of one chapter, and the start of a very exciting new one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
