GoSquared supports sending and receiving of any file type (including image/gif/pdf etc) on mobile and desktop. Each individual file can be up to 10MB in size. You can send and receive attachments in the following ways

  • Click the attachment button to open the file picker.
  • Drag and drop the file into the chat.
  • Copy and paste the file directly into the chat from the clipboard.

Adding from Mobile

Tap the attachment button to open the file picker. Select to add photos from your Photo Library, or click Browse to upload a file.

Email attachments

If a customer replies to you chat message via email, just click the email preview icon (eye) underneath the message to view the original email and download any attachments contained within it.
