Choosing a GoSquared Plan

The GoSquared Free Tier
Every new GoSquared account starts on the GoSquared Free Tier. You can use GoSquared Analytics for free up to 1,000 pageviews per month along with Live Chat and the Customer Data Hub up to 100 profiles. If you reach the limits of the Free Tier or would like to make use of premium features you can pick the right plan for you.

Upgrading your plan
You can choose to go on one of a selection of pricing plans to suit your needs. If you already have a subscription and would like to upgrade from your current plan, you can also do this at any time.
⚠️ It’s important to remember who first set up the project with GoSquared. In GoSquared, this person is called the Project Owner. They are responsible for any usage and billing related to that project.
Only the Project Owner is able to upgrade the subscription for your project.
Where can I upgrade?
Once you're in the Billing and Invoices page you can see how many monthly pageviews and/or profiles you have used.
Here you can also see our selection of plans. To upgrade your account, you just need to choose a plan that fits your needs, and whether you would like to pay monthly or annually. Once your upgrade has been processed, you may need to log out and back in again to your account, in order to refresh the changes.

Note that GoSquared is a subscription service that automatically renews at the end of your billing cycle (either monthly or annually).
Check your Billing details
In order for us to process your upgrade, you will need to make sure your payment method is up to date and you have the correct billing details entered. You can enter your payment method in the settings of your GoSquared Account. If you are already a customer, please make sure your billing details are up to date.
You can update your billing details by clicking Edit Billing details in the Billings and Invoice page.
Currently GoSquared only accepts payment via credit or debit card unless you are on an Enterprise plan – where we will do our best to accommodate alternative payment methods.
If you have a Coupon code, you can enter it when filling out your Billing details, after selecting your plan.
