Choosing where replies to your Messages go

When sending any message with GoSquared Automation, by default, replies from contacts you send your message to will enter your GoSquared Inbox. Anyone on your team can handle them, and benefit from the integrated features of GoSquared.
You can now also choose to send replies to the same email address you are sending your message from.
You might wish to do this if you already have an existing workflow for handling incoming emails and messages as a team (for example, an existing traditional helpdesk).
To set this up, you’ll want to follow these steps:
- Set up and verify your domains for sending email.
- Send your message from a Sender Profile that is configured to use an email address with a verified domain.
- When creating your message, ensure the option for “Send Replies To” is set to the email address you are sending the message from – not “GoSquared Inbox”.
Replies to your messages will now be sent to your designated email address.
