If you’ve been using GoSquared for a number of years, you might have noticed a few changes to our terminology. We simplified a number of our terms in order to bring more consistency across the platform.
To avoid confusion, below is a list of terms we previously used across our product and Support documentation, as well as the updated terms.
- Automation → updated to Engage
- Live Chat → updated to Inbox
- Profiles → updated to Contacts
- People CRM → updated to Contacts
- Customer Data Hub → updated to Contacts
