30 Day Free Trial and Refund Policy for GoSquared

30 Day Free Trial

When you sign up to GoSquared on a paid plan, we will bill your PayPal account with the stated amount 30 days after you first sign up. If at any time in the 30 days after sign up you wish to cancel, you will not be charged anything, and we will discontinue any further charges to your Account for the Site in question.

How to Cancel your Plan

You can downgrade your plan to Free at any time. On this plan you will not be charged anything. If your website exceeds the pageview limit (of 10,000 pageviews), GoSquared will simply stop tracking pageviews - you will not be charged if you exceed the pageview limit.

You can also remove your website from GoSquared permanently. Go to Site Manager, and select the site you wish to remove from the left. Click the red "Remove this Site" button and confirm the action to remove your site permanently from GoSquared. This will clear all recorded data associated with your website, and cancel any recurring payments associated with the site. Only remove your website from GoSquared is you are certain you wish to lose all of your stored traffic data.

Free Plan

All websites associated with your GoSquared Account will be on a free plan by default. This plan allows you to try GoSquared and monitor your webite's traffic in real-time for as long as you wish until you exceed 10,000 pageviews in one month. The plan renews every month and allows you to use GoSquared with all the features associated with premium plans.

Upgrades and Downgrades

You can upgrade or downgrade a GoSquared plan at any time. GoSquared is a month to month service - there are no long-term contracts. Cancelling, upgrading, or downgrading a GoSquared plan will take effect immediately, but you will be charged the pre-existing rate for the remainder of the current month of your billing cycle.

Eligibility for Refund

After your 30 day free trial has finished, you will be charged the agreed plan price on a monthly basis. You can cancel your plan at any time and you will not be charged again.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received, you may be eligible for a refund. If GoSquared suffers an unacceptable level of downtime (less than 95% uptime) in one month, then you may request a refund for that month of service. "Uptime" and "downtime" refer to the availability of GoSquared web applications and data infrastructure, not the public facing website at www.gosquared.com.
