GoSquared Status

We hate downtime.

We hate it when we can’t provide the service our customers expect 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We do everything in our power to avoid interrupting service for our customers. But outages and downtime are inevitable, and we want to do a better job at informing you about issues when we’re having them.

So we’re excited to introduce GoSquared Status – a new part of the GoSquared site that outlines our current system status.

If you’re unsure about the numbers you see in your dashboard, if a daily report hasn’t appeared in your inbox, or if you’re concerned something in GoSquared isn’t working as expected, you can now check GoSquared Status for a definitive understanding of whether we’ve been having any problems.

GoSquared Status is the one place you need to check to see if GoSquared is online and functioning as expected.

Protip – put GoSquared on your status page

If a lot of people are on your status page, it’s likely there is a storm coming.

While working on GoSquared Status, we came across a handy use for GoSquared’s real-time analytics and traffic alerts. Set up your status page as a new site in GoSquared, put a tracking code on it, and then set up a traffic alert on that site to notify you via email or in Slack whenever a lot of people are viewing it.
