Introducing Two-Factor Authentication

By
Additional security for GoSquared customers

GoSquared now supports two-factor authentication! Customers can authenticate via SMS or with an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator).

We highly recommend that all customers set up two-factor authentication to help prevent unauthorised access to their accounts.

What is two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication means that logging into your account will require an authentication code alongside your password. This authentication code can only be used once and is either sent to your phone via SMS or generated by an authenticator app. This means that without having both your password and mobile device, nobody will be able to access your account.

Why now?

With the recent launch of People Analytics, GoSquared is giving teams ever more powerful access to information on their visitors, users and customers. We want to lead the way in giving our customers easy access to the information they need, while ensuring security is deeply embedded in every aspect of the GoSquared platform.

GoSquared customers can set up two-factor authentication here.
