Today we’re announcing that our Slack integration has been spruced up, and can deliver Smart Group notifications as well as the web traffic spike and dip notifications that it has supported since we launched it.
Traffic Spike/Dip Notifications
Receive a notification directly to Slack whenever the total number of visitors on your site is higher or lower than a specified value. This enables you to respond instantly to high demand on your website, or spot errors that are causing your site to be unavailable.
Smart Group Enter/Exit Notifications
Set up a notification for a People CRM Smart Group, and receive a message in Slack every time a person enters or exits that Smart Group. For example, Slack notifications on a Smart Group matching signups with a Klout Score of more than 50 would enable your customer success team to instantly reach out to the most influential people signing up to your product.
