Team Sharing is a free feature that allows you to invite team members or friends to your GoSquared project. You can share with as many people as you like. If you manage multiple projects, you can selectively share each project with different people.
How to invite a team member
Note: Only project admins can add/remove team members.
- Use the 'project picker' dropdown at the top of the sidebar to choose which project you want to share.
- Then head to the Settings > Current Project > Team Sharing
- Click 'Add a Team member' – then add the email address of the person you want to share with.
You can also select which level of access to give your team-mate. They'll be sent an email invitation to join your project on GoSquared. They'll gain full access to the project's dashboards, stats and reports.

To send email reports to more people on your team, you’ll need to invite those people to share GoSquared with you. Team sharing lets you give other people on your team access to the dashboard and email reports. Each team member will have to create their own account and you can add an unlimited number of collaborators.

Too many pending invites
If you’re adding many team mates to GoSquared in quick succession, you may run into security measures designed to protect your account.
GoSquared will not allow you to invite more team members if you have 10 or more pending invites. To get around this, either remove existing pending invitations, or nudge any team members who are in a pending state to accept their invites.
“Something went wrong”
If you see a message stating “Something went wrong” when attempting to invite new team members, it is possible that you’ve exceeded our rate limiting to prevent abuse of the team invite system. If you experience issues here, the best course of action is to wait an hour for the rate limit to lift.
